On October 8, 2024, Honeywell announced its plan to spin off the Advanced Materials business into an independent, U.S. publicly traded company called Solstice Advanced Materials.  The Honeywell chemical brand will be known as Solstice.  There is no change to the range of chemicals supplied.  The same range will be available but you will start to see Solstice on the labels rather than Honeywell.  Solstice Advanced Materials will offer leading technologies with premier brands including Fluka™, Hydranal™, Riedel De Haen™, Burdick & Jackson™ and BioSyn™.
